These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Diwitech website and the services provided by Diwitech FZ-LLC ("Diwitech", "we", "us"). By placing an order or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Quotations

All service quotations provided by Diwitech are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to on-site inspection; final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from the initial assessment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the agreed project value is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation before our team leaves the premises. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and major credit cards. Overdue balances may incur a late payment charge of 2% per month.

3. Installation & Access

The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unrestricted access to all areas where installation is to take place. Diwitech shall not be liable for delays caused by restricted access, third-party contractors, or conditions outside our control. All installations are carried out by trained and certified professionals.

4. Warranty

Diwitech provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. Film materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product (typically 5–10 years). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, unauthorised modifications, or exposure to chemicals not recommended by the manufacturer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit up to 25% of the deposit to cover material and scheduling costs. Once materials have been cut or installation commenced, deposits are non-refundable. Completed work is non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Diwitech's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the value of the contracted works. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Diwitech is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or issues with the glass or substrate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Diwitech website — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Diwitech FZ-LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission from Diwitech.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
